Highwave was created in 1999 as a spin-off of France Telecom’s laboratories and has been a specialist in optical components for telecom operators. Supported by Innovacom since the spin-off, the company experienced a rapid growth energized at the time by the explosion of network infrastructure needs of telecom operators.
