Launched in 2017 as a spin-off from Spintec, a world-renowned laboratory shared by CNRS, CEA and Grenoble-Alpes University and dedicated to spintronic components, Antaios is developing a new generation of disruptive magnetic memory, SOT-MRAM, which is both considerably more efficient and less energy-consuming. This memory could gradually replace the various memories (Flash and SRAM) present in embedded systems and processors.
